Quality and Training Manager

  • $85 - $95K + Benefits (depending on experience)
  • Monday to Friday Hours Only
  • North Ryde Location

Our client is a large US based Disease Prevention and Wellness group with 4000 employees worldwide, providing a diverse range of services which contribute to the reduction of chronic disease in our community.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Works with colleagues to advance all quality initiatives and processes.
  • Develops and assists with training new employees
  • Identify quality measurement metrics.
  • Identifies, monitors and reports individual or group trends related to patient management.
  • Identify opportunities for staff members to development and conduct quality reviews as required. 
  • Keep up to date with ongoing Clinical Governance.
  • Analyses client complaints on a quarterly basis in conjunction with agreed quality arrangements.
  • Works with colleagues to develop team learning and appropriate corrective measures. 
To be successful in this role you will ideally possess:
  • Masters degree (Preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience
  • Evidence of relevant learning and training experience, both development and delivery of learning programs
  • Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment (TAA)
  • Basic knowledge of chronic diseases and comfortable with the review and interpretation of medical records
  • Experience leading quality improvement and/or process re-engineering projects with strong analytical skills related to systematic process improvement
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
