Receptionist/Facilities Coordinator

 



 Based in North Ryde, we require an experienced receptionist to look after this busy reception for the next month.  There is onsite parking available. Hours are 8.30am-6.00pm.

Key duties and responsibilities include

"Meet & greet all visitors to the office

"Handle a busy switchboard

"Provide administration support to the services & admin team

"Manage mail & couriers

"Facilities management

"Assist with in-house functions & events

You will be an advanced user of the MS Office suite of products & have previous experience in a reception or customer facing role.
