Receptionist

  • Do you have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and thrive on providing exceptional customer service skills?

    We are looking for polished, experienced receptionists to work in various organisations around North Ryde. These temporary positions vary from short to long term opportunities and offer a very attractive hourly rate depending on experience and length/urgency of assignment.
     
    This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience and develop your corporate skills by working within different industries.
     
    If your hours of availablity are flexible and you are reliable with a professional and articulate telephone manner and a minimum of 3 years experience in corporate receptionist roles, we want to hear from you.
     
    To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
    • Minimum typing speed of 50wpm
    • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
    • Experience working on a busy switchboard
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
    • Ability to demonstrate initiative and work autonomously
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • High attention to detail
    • Polished, professional presentation
