Reception / Office All Rounder ($40k + super)

    This front of house role combines a great mix of reception duties with a twist of varied tasks allowing you to work with different members of this hardworking team.

    Located in the heart of the North Ryde Business Park, our client is seeking a bubbly, self starting receptionist to take on this new temp to perm opportunity in their growing organisation.

    While managing the reception area and answering ????? ????? amount of incoming calls, this role gives you the freedom to assist with a variety of other tasks including, but not limited to:
     
    • Managing the incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and courier deliveries
    • Tracking all boardroom bookings
    • Maintaining kitchen and office supplies
    • Managing the information on the company website
    • Assisting with the overflow of accounts functions
    • Coordinating travel bookings
    • Organising catering ????? ????? gifts
    • General admin support to the PA of the CEO & CFO

    To be successful for this role you will have a high level of initiative and be open to helping out with different duties around the office. You will also possess the following:
     
    • 1-2 years experience in an office administration or reception role
    • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
    • A can-do attitude
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
    • Time management skills with the ability to multi-task
    • High attention to detail.
