SAP Australia/New Zealand Training Coordinator - 8 month Project

Reporting to the SAP Change Management Lead you will be responsible for supporting the Change Management activities for the U2K2 (SAP) project in Australia and New Zealand, with a particular focus on the coordination and support of the end user training.

Key Deliverables:

•High level training plan (including facilities & equipment)

•Detailed training schedule Train-the-Trainer (TTT) and End User Training (EUT)

•Daily Training reports, and overall training report for Go-Live

•Desired outcome: training delivered to all users (approx 600)

•Work closely with on-site Change Agents

•Distribute schedules to Country Process Leads (CPL) and Line Managers for validation

•Distribute Training Invitations to participants and trainers

•Manage on-going Training Schedule changes (absences, required re-training, training illness)

•Prepare and distribute Go-Live packets (including user support procedures, Help Desk number, SAP user Id's and passwords)

This is an intensive and integral role where we require the successful candidate to achieve results in a short time frame. You will be required to liaise daily with multiple contacts, manage changing variances and have the confidence and experience to make and solve decisions promptly when information or key contacts are not always available.

Previous experience as a Training Coordinator in a large organisation is critical. You will have advanced excel and spread sheeting abilities. Superior listening and communication both written and verbal. Previous change management experience is an advantage but not critical.

This is a contract position, starting December 2009 through to the end of July 2010.
