As a part of the in-store management team you will be a part of and contribute to the efficient operation of very busy store. The focus will be on the development of a culture of ‘Excellence in Service’ within the business. This will include training and developing a large team to achieve sales, spend per head targets and merchandise presentation standards. Be challenged…take on a large team and get results!!
YOUR BACKGROUND?
• Retail management experience at a senior level in a sales oriented retail environment
• A talent for developing and influencing a team with sound time management skills
• Not essential but a relevant tertiary qualification will be highly regarded as will an ability to manage a demanding workload under pressure
