Previous manufacturing industry experience

Products.
We are seeking a trade qualified electrician to join our
dedicated maintenance department on the afternoon shift at our
Campbellfield site. The successful applicant will be responsible
for electrical maintenance, PLC process control programming,
troubleshooting and breakdowns.
It is essential you have the following:
- A Grade Electrical License
- Excellent fault finding skills
- Previous experience in a maintenance department in the
manufacturing ????? ?????
- Competent level of computer literacy
- Fully conversant with Siemens S7 and Hitachi PLC's
- Exposure to Citect computer software
- Ability to work to work rotating day and afternoon shifts
and regular overtime including weekends
You will have a range of "hand-on" electrical and control
systems responsibilities, including improvement of equipment
maintenance strategies, fault finding, shutdown management, project
management. It would be advantageous if you are
able to perform basic mechanical repairs.
Previous experience in the prioritizing of equipment related
problems, determination of root causes and experience in process
control and PLC programming is essential.
In addition you must be able to demonstrate a systematic
approach to safety, risk management and continuous process
improvement.
