A well-established and reputable commercial cleaning service provider is seeking to appoint an experienced Client Services Manager to oversee a portfolio of Blue Chip contracts. With proven experience in the Cleaning Industry, your main responsibilities will involve:
- Managing new and maintaining existing client relationships
- Managing a team of 50-100 staff members
- Ensuring the effective management of these staff from a recruitment, and ongoing training and management perspective
- Demonstrating ability to address problem situations and ensure they are followed through and handled appropriately
- Exhibit an ability to build relationships with both clients and staff, and displaying a consistently proactive attitude at all times
To be successful in this role you MUST demonstrate previous exposure to managing a portfolio of Blue Chip cleaning contracts. A thorough understanding of the tender process is also essential.
Experience in a related service industry such as hospitality or waste management may also be considered.
