A well-established and reputable cleaning organisation is seeking to appoint an experienced Client Service Manager to oversee a portfolio of key clients. With proven experience in the Cleaning Industry, your main responsibilities will involve:
  • Managing a large team of staff
  • Ensuring the effective management of staff through support and ongoing training
  • Managing new and maintaining existing client relationships
  • Demonstrating ability to address problem situations and ensure they are followed through and handled appropriately
  • Exhibit an ability to build relationships with both clients and staff, and displaying a consistently proactive attitude at all times


    To be successful in this role you MUST demonstrate previous exposure to managing a services contract for either a single or portfolio of Blue Chip clients.
