A key local council in northern Melbourne is seeking a development engineer to join their busy team on a permanent basis at a senior level initially on a contract with a chance for a permanent role soon.
 
A civil engineer with local experience you will join an established team and monitor, review, assist and pass comment on a high volume of development proposals and comment on municipal codes and standards and engineering ????? ????? a range of developers locally.
 
A good communicator you will liaise with and work closely with councils construction department, stakeholders, local authorities, the planning team to ensure that council policies are being adhered to and development of a high standard continues in this high growth area.
 
As the successful candidate you will have good civil engineering/design knowledge, you will have had exposure to subdivision projects locally and be intimate with Victorian planning and construction legislation.
 
With several years experience under your belt, relevant civil qualifications, be a good communicator, delegator and leader and posses a good work ethic this could be the role that you have been looking for.
