Our client, a large Medical Imaging Group, located in the Northern suburbs requires an experienced Medical Audiotypist / Receptionist to join the team!
If you enjoy variety and an ever-changing atmosphere - then this role is for you!! Work on a rostered basis across five sites (Bundoora, Northland, Greensborough, Lalor and Reservoir).
The role is available for an experienced Medical Audiotypist / Receptionist to work full time, 35 hours per week (but be paid for 38 hours), Monday-Friday. The shifts vary: 8:30am-4:30pm, 9:00am-5:00pm and 10:00am-6:00pm.
Responsibilities include:
- Front desk reception (very busy)
- Answering ????? ?????
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Meeting and greeting patients on arrival
- Preparing ????? ????? patient accounts
- Accepting payments
- Audiotyping of letters, results and reports
- Scanning of documents
- Filing
- Management of Practix software for typing, appointments and accounts
A broad knowledge of medical terminology (radiology) and fast and accurate audiotyping skills are essential along with the ability to work on a very busy reception within a team environment.
