VP - Quality Assurance Manager (QA) - CMMI/ISO
One of the leading global investment bank is currently seeking a Quality Manager to join their team in Singapore.
The team is responsible for multiple projects on a global scale, so they are looking for people who have prior experience of working on true enterprise level projects. Investment banking experience is highly desirable and people with experience of working in other financial centres (London, New York, Tokyo, and Hong Kong) will be highly regarded.
The main function of the role is to manage a team that is responsible for ensuring ????? ????? of software development meets the highest standards. On a day to day basis this will involve overseeing the quality plans for specific projects, putting in place metrics for quality, auditing of projects and overall process improvement.
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Management or related discipline Minimum 10 years experience with in the Application Development space or related area Proven background in utilising CMMI or ISO or Spice methodologies to ensure quality in large scale development projects Proven leadership experience: the ability to manage multicultural teams in a fast paced business environment. Business acumen: You must be assertive with the ability to work closely with senior management and not afraid to insist the quality standards are closely adhered to.
