This is a project strong Engineering ????? ????? an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Project Manager in Newport, Victoria.
Utilise your experience in a project environment and organisation which works to high ethics and standards!
Responsibilities:
Monitor, control and report on authorized projects in terms of cost history and forecast
Assist in the co-ordination of scope of work, including checking scope versus estimate
Manage overall procurement & logistics function
Manage contracts, business risks, payroll functions & annual budgets
Create financial reports designed to track specific project processes
Project cost reporting; including variations, cost schedule and monthly budget
Work with project managers, contractors, clients and project personnel to achieve project outcomes
Requirements:
Business/commercial qualifications desirable
Possess a degree in Management or equiv
Advanced knowledge of MS Office & Excel for report writing is essential
Advanced knowledge & experience of contracts handling
Proven experience & success of working in a project environment
Experienced in either engineering ????? ?????, consultancy organisations in the Rail or Transport industry
