To be successful in this role you must have previous experience in a dynamic and fast paced retail environment with a minimum of 2 years experience at Store Management level. Our ideal candidate will have the following attributes and experience:
- Enthusiastic and passionate about retail and customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example, achieve results through others, and inspire a team environment with a focus on internal and external customers.
- Ability to help lead and drive a team to provide superior customer service.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and control costs including labour costs, store expenses and shrinkage budget
- Proven ability to work autonomously demonstrating time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
