To support recent contract wins and assist in the growth and diversification of the company, our client is seeking an Electrical Coordinator with an Electrical Degree, Diploma or Trade qualification and hands on experience within the mining industry.

With recent mining contracts secured in both NSW and QLD, this position will offer a great mix of both site and office based activities ideally suiting someone who exhibits high levels of drive and enthusiasm and who is eager to move on from routine or generic engineering activities. With a successful track record of delivering in-house engineered products and services, this position will offer you a flexible scope and an opportunity to create and gradually build an electrical discipline within an already successful engineering team.

Initially reporting to the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Assist with technical reviews, make recommendation and equipment selection
• Schedule and procure necessary project related electrical equipment
• Management of direct electrical and sub-contract electrical labour, and
• Interface between manufacturing, suppliers, engineering and project teams
