This is an outstanding opportunity for a well credentialed and qualified Distribution Supervisor or Manager to step into a key progressive role with our client. This role will suit a seasoned and experienced Distribution Manager, or a step up for a well qualified Distribution Supervisor / Team leader looking to advance their career.

Holding reporting lines to the Operations Manager, and responsible for the planning, scheduling and co-ordinating of distribution functions, you will make a significant contribution to the company's business performance and growth, now and into the future.

A key focus will be to continue to drive modern distribution systems and principles that will contribute to supporting the Company's position as a highly regarded local provider, in terms of price, product quality, operational safety and responsiveness.

You will bring ????? ????? role a proven track record of success in a distribution or warehouse leadership role, most likely from within a food production or retail support environment. This means you will have experience in commercial distribution processes, liaising with operational staff, compliance with OH&S principles, operational logistics and customer service. This experience will be enhanced by advanced analytical skills, database operation, commercial reporting and exposure to the various compliance requirements of the industry.
