Pacific Smiles Dental is part of the Pacific Smiles Group, one of Australia's largest dental organisations. Pacific Smiles Dental has a Dental Centre at Greenhills and is currently seeking an Assistant Centre Manager - Clinical.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic professional with strong skills and experience in all clinical aspects of a Dental Centre. This person will be required to oversee and develop clinical staff and ensure that Practitioners are provided with quality and efficient nursing staff. The role will also require hands on chair side assisting, sterilisation tasks and clinical administration.

Reporting to the Centre Manager, successful applicants should possess the following:

• Experience in the Dental Industry as a Dental Assistant, including all functions of the practice:
o surgery
o sterilisation and;
o reception procedures.
• Passion and dedication for patient care
• Team player capabilities
• Extensive experience with D4W
• Experience in training, leading and developing clinical staff
• Patient feedback
• Ensuring compliance in all clinical polices and procedures
• Performing audits in Infection Control
• Ordering of stock
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in overseeing the management and maintenance of equipment
• Qualifications in business or practice management will be viewed favourably but not essential
