Pacific Smiles Dental is part of Pacific Smiles Group, one of Australia's largest dental organisations. Pacific Smiles Dental has a dental centre at Greenhills and is currently seeking a motivated, passionate, and experienced individual to join the Operations team as Dental Care Centre Manager.
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, this role is a great opportunity for a professional with exceptional leadership skills, energy and initiative to drive the centre in a commercial and productive manner.
You will have broad clinical, operational and financial management experience, with proven ability to lead change and inspire staff to achieve goals. You will manage and lead the Greenhills Dental team.
Critical areas of responsibility include:
• People leadership
• Recruitment & Selection
• Centre Planning and Budgeting
• Finance & Budgeting
• Centres Profitability
You will also have excellent interpersonal skills with a sound understanding of OH&S legislation and infection control. Qualifications in business or practice management will be viewed favourably but not essential.
