Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for the planning and co-ordination of a section of this project, to ensure that this project is delivered on time, within budget, and to correct specifications ensuring ????? ?????'s needs are satisfied. Previous experience managing employees at a site engineer level is essential, and you will have the ability to drive and motivate staff to maximise productivity.

Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills are required, as is a detailed knowledge of varieties of civil construction including roads, rail, sub-divisions and land remediation. Impeccable time management is required to keep project running smoothly and on time.
