Supportive Team Environment
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and suitably qualified disability worker to oversee a portfolio of disability services that include both Residential and Non-Residential services, located in the Newcastle and Port Stephens area.
As an Area Coordinator, your key focus will be to build relationships and increase community participation and choice for all service users in our accommodation and day programme services. In addition, you will be responsible for provision of professional and effective co-ordination and leadership across the services including supervision of all Senior Support Worker staff; mentoring ????? ?????; and budgetary management.
