With an established industry background in manufacturing, you will probably have “cut your teeth” in your early financial management career as a cost accountant and progressed through the ranks to your current role as a commercially astute senior finance manager.  

 

In your current role you are now responsible for providing value-add financial support to the senior operational management team by identifying cost savings and profit enhancement opportunities. By necessity, you will be a change agent with an insatiable urge to drive business performance for maximum value creation.  

 

Your tools of trade are high level business analysis and reporting skills, superior business planning and strategy execution capabilities, the ability to influence and communicate effectively across a broad range of stakeholders, well developed leadership and mentoring ????? ?????.
