Accounts Payable Officer -Temporary Contract Option

Opportunity to join a new & growing team for a short term contract

Come and work for a fast paced construction company and utilise your outstanding accounts payable experience in a short term contract position.

Our client needs help leading up to Christmas and is seeking a candidate with strong Accounts Payable skills but must be able to also take responsibility for creditor reconciliations.

You will receive a thorough induction and then hit the ground running. You will feel the buzz in the air and the professional attitude your team colleagues display as you are given specific responsibilities that will include but are not limited to:

Prepare creditor invoices for payment
Reconcile accounts
Escalate issues when appropriate
Create relevant reports
Create invoice batches
Database maintenance and entry
Maintaining vendor details
Internal /external customer service
