Rebuild Welding & Fabrication Pty Ltd is currently requesting applicants to fill the position of Workshop Supervisor.
The successful applicant must have at least 5 years experience as a Workshop Supervisor. Experience in Medium to Heavy fabrication workshop. Boilermaker experience. Welding experience. Computer skills. It would be an advantage to hold either a Welding Supervisors Certificate or Welding Inspectors Certificate.
The roll includes Supervision of up to 15 workshop staff. Allocate work to workshop staff to meet production and delivery schedules. Manage efficient operations of the workshop. Compliance of necessary QA documentation. Maintain a safe work environment complying with OH&S regulations.
