MEGT are currently looking for a 2nd/3rd year Locksmith apprentice for a Security Company in Newcastle. This company deals mostly with large corporate clients and requires someone with keying exposure, great initiative and a drive to succeed.
The successful candidate must be willing to stay on with the company after they have completed their apprenticeship.
Your duties may include but are not limited to:
- Produce keys
- Assemble and test lock mechanisms
- Install and upgrade locks and hardware
- Install and maintain door control devices/systems
- Gain entry and reinstate fire and security containers
- Service and repair fire and security containers
Requirements – Relevant green/white card, security license, car and license
