We require a self-motivated leader to take on the role of ASSISTANT MANAGER at our Glendale Store located near Newcastle in NSW.

This is a 'hands-on' management role where you will be challenged. We require a top performer who is energetic and focused on delivering ????? ????? customer service every time!

All applicants will have experience in management or a desire to build their career in the retail sector, you will exhibit and have a genuine passion for jewellery. You are a natural leader who is able to motivate and develop our sales team by working with the team and coaching team members on the sales floor on a daily basis with the Store Manager.

You will enjoy and prosper working in a team environment and will possess the following skills and attributes:
A customer centric philosophy.
Excellent communication skills.
A natural ability to make people feel comfortable.
Enthusiasm and energy with a professional approach.
High levels of self motivation and a positive 'can do' attitude.
Initiative and a strong work ethic.
The ability to look outside the square and drive this business as if it were your own.
Proven retail experience or proven management experience.
