QUALITY ASSURANCE TEAM LEADER

An opportunity exists for an experienced team leader to join our quality assurance team at the Beresfi eld Site. This position reports directly to the Quality Assurance Supervisor.

The Key Responsibilities of this position are:

• Organising and leading a team of employees to ensure the processing of fi nished goods to other facilities in an urgent and timely fashion

• Maintaining high standards in OHS

• Maintaining high standards in Food Safety

• Maintaining high standards in general performance

• Providing a positive example for the team

The Key Attributes of the successful applicant are:

• Well developed interpersonal & communication skills, including the ability to infl uence people

• Ability to motivate others in a positive manner

• Passionate & enthusiastic about team success and meeting business, departmental and personal goals

• Ability to solve problems in a logical manner

• Ability to practically implement plans in the workplace

• Mature and diligent approach to behavioural modifi cation

• Commitment to Company, Customer and Australian standards with regards to the effi cient and safe production of consumable goods

• Demonstrate competent time management.

• Flexible approach to work hours.

• Commitment to OH&S and Food Safety.

Desirable Criteria

• Previous experience leading a team of people with demonstrated success

• FMCG Experience

• Certifi cate IV in Frontline Management or equivalent.

• Previous experience in Quality Assurance

• $22 per hour upon successful completion of relevant training
