HR Generalist Operational role

Working for a national law firm, you will ensure the efficient and effective management of the Newcastle office. Your duties will involve maintaining consistent HR policies and procedures, recruitment and selection, induction programs, probation and performance management, managing graduate recruitment program, terminations, assisting in HR projects, ensuring ????? ????? and safety regulations are adhered to, and other duties, as required.
It is essential that you have a minimum of 3 years HR experience within a law firm environment. This role will commence in January 2010.
