An experienced hands on operator is required with a minimum three years in restaurant management.
You will have demonstrated skills in all aspects of managing a busy restaurant, barista, bar and service skills, exceptional leadership qualities, staff communication and a good understanding of managing costs.
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who has the drive to meet the challenges of managing a busy established restaurant and seeks satisfaction through achieving results.
