The award winning Hunter Valley Gardens located in the heart of Pokolbin is looking for a talented full-time Sous Chef to join their motivated small team working at the Garden Terrace Restaurant, Tempus Two Winery new function centre, The Barrel Room and other function locations around the expansive site. This is a
senior hands-on role running catering ????? ????? ever growing number of functions, ranging from weddings to gala dinners and events while ensuring ????? ????? day-to-day operation of the Garden Terrace Restaurant kitchen.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record working in a senior chef role with some experience in rostering, cost control, staff supervision and training. They will also have a passion for cooking, lead by example, possess effective two-way communication, thrive in a busy high-pressure environment and have the ability to provide food to the highest standards. This role will have the full support from our Executive Chef who enjoys developing the careers of his team members.
