Project Manager sought for key role in Newcastle with major rail based organisation.
This role will demand total management of on site construction engineering ????? ????? stakeholder relationships for major projects, specifically civil & rail related.

Key result areas:
Managing the project planning process for projects
Development of scope, cost estimates and schedules for projects and managing project works
Management of contractual relationships at site level to maintain the team culture and implement project efficiencies
Ensuring ????? ?????-completion deliverables and documentation are obtained
Ensuring ????? ????? with safety management procedures
