We seek the services of a Repairable Item Data Management/Ground Support Equipment Technical officer in our Fast Jet Support team in Newcastle (Williamtown), New South Wales. The successful applicant will work as part of a team responsible for Repairable Item Data Management of Lead in-Fighter Hawk assets in Computer Aided Maintenance Management System Version 2 (CAMM2) and Ground Support Equipment Data Management activities associated with Hawk aircraft. In more specific terms the Repairable Item Data Management/Ground Support Equipment Technical officer will:

Maintain the Lead in-Fighter CAMM2 database by monitoring ????? ????? data and implementing corrective action management

Input repairable item repair data into the CAMM2 system to ensure technical airworthiness requirements are met

Comply with maintenance control and documentation requirements in line with Department of Defence standards

Extract specific equipment and system data from CAMM2 to support business requirements

Assist with activities required to ensure daily RAAF pool and program availability requirements

Prepare data required for an annual maintenance plan

Perform data management associated with the Support Equipment Maintenance database and Lead in-Fighterground support equipment catalogue

Perform assessment of spares required to achieve timely ground support equipment maintenance activities

Coordinate ground support equipment maintenance activities to meet operational and deeper maintenance requirements

Coordinate ground support equipment availability across various sites
Ideal applicants will come equipped with qualifications in the Australian Defence Force CAMM2 software tool and have experience within a military aircraft maintenance environment. Knowledge of ground support equipment planning activities coupled with strong organisational and planning skills are also sought. To ensure success, applicants will also need superior communication skills, experience with the Microsoft suite of products and well developed team work skills.
