Day-to-day this role will involve:

• Ensuring the project is delivered on program to the high level of quality required
• Sub contractor coordination and management
• Program preparation and management 
• Logistics management
• OH&S and QA responsibility

The successful applicant must:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
• Experience in the management of sub contractors, suppliers and site personnel along with the ability to run a site on a daily basis and liaising with the site Project Manager
• Quality and safety management skills combined with site procedure knowledge
• Strong commitment to the quality of construction
• Well developed communication skills
• A trade or academic qualification is desired
