Immediate opening for a Project Planner based at the Newcastle office of this leading rail organisation. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Project Planning and liaison with Project Managers to produce detailed Rail programmes
- Provide project reporting, monthly progress and resource reports, schedule contract reporting, budgeted cost allocations and weekly reporting functions
- Project analysis and reporting on performance, cost analysis, Resourcing and monitoring ????? ????? further implementing control measures
- Project controls function including Risk modelling and management throughout lifecycles implementing mitigation strategies
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: - At least 4 year experience as a Project Planner is essential preferably in the Rail industry
- Experience with Primavera and/or MS Project is essential
- Solid knowledge of project management lifecycle and specific activities and milestones involved
- Excellent communication and time management skills
