To be considered for these roles candidates need to possess:
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications
- A minimum of 4 to 5 years local experience
- Estimation & Project Management experience with a Civil Contractor
- Proven Bulk earthworks, Roads, Civil Industrial Structures, Retaining walls and/or Land development project exposure
- Proven ability to manage projects, including time, cost and budgets
- Able to lead & motivate a team
- Ability to provide solutions
- Strong negotiation abilities
- Effective communication skills
