An opportunity now exists for an experienced and enthusiastic Stud Hand to join the team. This role will be located in Nagambie - near Seymour, Victoria. The position will appeal to those who are self motivated, reliable and dedicated to caring ????? ?????.  

In this role, your key duties and responsibilities include: 

       Weaning

       Care of mares and foals

       Preparation of yearlings for Sales

       General farming duties

 It is essential that you have an understanding of OH&S practices along with a current drivers license. This is a live in position with single accommodation provided on the property.

 

For interested applicants, training will be provided as necessary in the following modules prior to commencing in the position:

 

Handle horses safely

Follow OHS procedures

Load and unload livestock

Operate ride on vehicles

Install maintain and repair fencing

Assist with natural mating procedures and parturition of horses 

Remuneration will be based on your qualifications and experience.
