We are looking to appoint a Field Service Technician to join our Brisbane team located in Murarrie. Reporting directly to the State Service Manager this position is required to troubleshoot, repair and provide periodic preventative maintenance solutions for our products based on our customers’ premises.

To be considered for this position you will need to be able to demonstrate several years of field based technical support in the Copy / Fax / Print and Connectivity industry. You will also need to demonstrate the following:

• A high level of technical product knowledge
• A high degree of mechanical aptitude
• Technical problem solving skills
• The ability to understand and communication technical information
• Intermediate computer hardware and software knowledge
• An ability to plan a sequence of work
• Customer relationship and people skills
• Listening skills
