Your role is to assist clients with new quotes and applications and convert early terminating customer contracts into new contracts. You will build a relationship with existing customers to address all their automotive finance and insurance requirements seamlessly.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting clients with new quotes and applications
• Financing additional vehicles for existing customers
• Restructuring ????? ????? accounts
• Implementing client retention activities to retain customers paying out early
•  
• Preparation of legal finance contracts, including obtaining Tax Invoices from
• external dealerships and relevant documentation from clients
• Manage the application process to acceptance and settlement stage
• Identify and cross-sell relevant finance and insurance products to all prospects
• Coordinate sales processes with internal and external partners and departments
•  
• Maintaining and updating customer records within the ‘Financial Services’ database
• Utilising all communication channels to manage client relationships and achieve set sales outcomes, whether phone (inbound / outbound), fax, email or face-to-face  

Eloquent, service oriented with an impeccable telephone manner, you remain calm at busy times and enjoy being able to assist your customers. Sales experience is considered essential to the role. In addition Insurance, Credit Analysis or Customer Service experience within the Financial Services industry is preferred.
