As an industry leader in motor vehicles and finance, this reputable group has a reputation built on performance and service. As Collections Officer you will be part of a supportive team that is growing.

Completing phone collections on overdue accounts, you will also liaise with Mercantile Agents, Solicitors, Accountants, Liquidators and Administrators. You conduct skip tracing when required, quote payout figures and complete account reconciliations. You will prepare various reports along with follow up on expired policies, assist with customer enquiries/disputes and submit agents costs and any other associated repossession costs for approval.

With a strong working knowledge of the Consumer Credit Code and Privacy Act, you have previous experience within the Motor Vehicle or similar industry. Fraud investigating experience will be highly regarded.
