2010 VINTAGE POSITIONS -MUDGEE, NSWRobert Oatley Vineyards are looking forenthusiastic, smart and energetic people to jointhe Mudgee winemaking team in the role ofCellar Hand for the 2010 vintage.Cellar Hands undertake a variety of cellarprocedures including crushing, pressing,clarification, wine transfers and additions. Youmust be energetic, reliable and flexible, haveexcellent attention to detail and good literacyand numeracy skills. We expect you to be ableto work both independently and as part of ateam. Previous winery experience would be anadvantage, but is not essential, as thoroughtraining will be provided. A current forkliftlicence would also be an advantage.Employment is on a casual basis for thevintage period (mid-January to approx. April).Hours of work, which may vary, will generallyconsist of eight to twelve-hour shifts over aseven-day week.
