Excellent opportunity to join a market leader in the security and fire monitoring ????? ?????, based at Head Office in Mt Waverley.
As a competent customer service operator within the customer care team, your primary responsibility would be to provide a timely, accurate and efficient call ????? ????? dispatch service to all external customers. Your ability to receive calls from existing clients and coordinate a response to their enquiry within a specified timeframe is critical within this position.
To be successful in this role, your ability to understand and deliver service excellence along with your listening and problem solving attributes are essential.
You currently work within a customer care role within the telecommunications/utilities/call ????? ????? facility management sector and are use to working within a methodical, organised and efficient team environment.
You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and are able to establish rapport with people both internal and external of the organization. You are a team player and easily gains trust and support from your peers in order to make your job so much more beneficial.
This role is based within a 24 x 7 operation and is currently offering ,Wednesday to Saturday shift 3pm-11pm. These hours may suit students, working parents or night owls!
