Based in Melbourne, the role is permanent, full time and reports to the GS1net Operations Manager.
The role:
In this customer focused role you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the GS1net Operations Manager and Client Services team, providing relevant and accurate advice to enquiries from GS1 Australia members and daily coordination and processing of tasks. These tasks include but are not limited to: managing the registration and termination of services, maintenance of SOP's, testing of internal CRM system, assistance in the maintenance of website information, weekly statistical reporting, monitoring ????? ????? of mailboxes and billing and assistance with controlling of debtors.
What we are looking for:
The successful candidate will have experience in a customer service role and will have strong attention to detail, analytical skills and problem solving ability. Experience working within a team environment and previous administration experience is also essential. Candidates will need to be competent using MS Excel (Advanced), Word and Outlook. Experience working with CRM applications and negotiation and influencing skills will be highly regarded.
