Bookkeeper/Administration Temp
Temp assignment
2 days per week over 3 months
Small team
My client seeks the services of a temp bookkeeper/office administrator to cover a 3 month leave position.
What we expect of you is:
- daily entry of invoice receivable
- daily entry of client receipts/processing credit card payments
- weekly reports of due payments
- bank/credit card reconciliations
- monthly summary of sales and stock for local and interstate agents
- monthly P/L and balance sheet reports
- accounts payable and receivable
- cash flow management
- export documentation
- booking freight for local and interstate couriers
- and general administration duties.
Ideally you will have:
- advanced skills in MYOB
- bookkeeping experience
- advanced skills Microsoft Office applications
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- exceptional attention to detail
- ability to meet deadlines
- great time management skills
- great organisational skills
- familiar with export documentation
