Mining Degree - Technically sound

3-5 years Mining Experience

This International and well branded Mining organisation with its head office in Brisbane have a vacancy due to the work load they are currently undertaking. The company have many mine sites around QLD and are looking a competent mining engineer for a project in Mt Isa.

The organisation is one of the top most diversified Metals & Mining organisations in the world who continue to grow and create value over the long term, forming mutually beneficial partnerships with stakeholders.

Responsibility:

• Short and medium term planning and mine design
• Project scoping and scheduling
• Drill and Blast design
• Mine budgeting and NPI reporting
  

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Mining
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in the mining & resource sector
• Technically competent - Strong analytical skills and project experience
• Computer literate. Minesite an advantage
• Competent level of client service management, building relationships with existing and potential clients
