Chef / Cook / Kitchenhand

Dormie House, a guest house in the Southern Highlands of  NSW is currently seeking a motivated Chef / Cook / Kitchenhand to work effectively on their own as well as part of a team in our busy kitchen.

Experience in menu planning, purchasing and cost control would be an advantage for the successful applicant but is not essential.

Our restaurant is open 7 nights a week so weekends and evenings are essential for this role.
