All Care Nursing & Medical Solutions provides home based nursing care to patients on behalf of major metropolitan hospitals HITH and PAC services as well as Private sector home based care.
We are seeking suitably qualified and experienced nursing staff to join our team which is based on the Mornington Peninsula
and services Eastern, Southern and South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Central, West and South Gippsland, Bass coast and Monrington Peninsula .
The successful applicant will have registration with Nurses Board of Victoria, Police check and Working With Children check, and a valid drivers licence.
Experience in HITH work or equivalent skill sets is essential as is a demonstrated ability to function autonomously in community based settings.
