As a Team Leader you will be working in a friendly workplace assisting in the recruitment, development and support of the Community Support Services team to ensure the delivery of quality client care. Your role will involve liaising with community support staff, clients, referral agencies, managing client referrals and rostering.
You will have qualifications in social/health services as well as experience within HACC or Community Aged Care services. Experience working in an administrative role involving rostering is essential.
