The Company
Based in the South West Sydney area this established company within the Building & Construction Industry is bucking the trend of the economy and going from strength to strength and is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/ Accounts all rounder to join their team.
The Role
In a typical day your role will include chasing outstanding debtors, payroll, accounts pay/rec, ledger and account reconciliation, managing of bank accounts, payment of invoices, preparation of P&L Statements, Cash Flow reports, effectively report on ledgers and finances to company management, Cost Coding Reports and preparation of BAS for the outsourced accountant.
The Applicant
You will also posses the following attributes:
- Excellent communication skills liaising with both customers and internal sources
- Advanced MYOB & Microsoft Excel skills
- Proven hands on experience in bookkeeping
- Strong reporting capabilities in both word and excel
- Proactive attitude to work, with a sense of team spirit
- Self motivated with great time management and organisational skills
- Experience working within the Building/ Construction/ Trades Industry highly regarded
