Citizen Services Officer

  • $51,969 - $59,277 pa + super

  • Utilise your excellent communication skills to gain a rewarding and interesting role as Citizen Services Officer. You will work as part of a professional and friendly team providing high quality responses to our citizen’s inquiries.

    As the successful applicant you will work as a member of a team to provide a high quality response to inquiries and requests for service received in person, telephone and by correspondence/e-mail.

    You will have a Certificate 3 in customer service, business administration or similar field and/or proven experience in a customer service environment with a genuine commitment to excellent customer service. You will also have proficient computer skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; experience in maintaining administration systems and transaction processing together with excellent communication, interpersonal and written skills as well as an ability to work in a team environment.

    This is a full time 12 month placement and is classified as Band 5 ($51,969 to $59,277 per annum).
