Family Services a division of Baptcare provides innovative quality care to individuals and families who have complex social and emotional needs. The Disability Team is seeking a Team Leader to provide support, direction, supervision and leadership across a range of disability programs. You will work along side the Disability Manager to ensure that programs operate within guidelines and provide an efficient and effective service to people with a disability and their families.
The programs operate in the Northern and Western Metropolitan regions of and provide responsive, high quality services that build on the strengths of individuals and families. You will possess exceptional skills in written and oral communication, time management and organising.

Previous experience working in disability services would be
