Well Alliance People Solutions are in partnership with the Army Reserves and are offering full time Civilian and Defence jobs for eligible Australians. Would you like a career in the Army Reserve and also take up a traineeship with Alliance?
Alliance is seeking young men and women who have a genuine desire to serve in the Army Reserve and would like a civilian traineeship as well.

A free three week training program in Western Sydney has been developed to assist participants obtain a full time traineeship and attain their career aspirations in serving in the Army Reserve.
To be eligible for our program the candidate must:
- Be At least 16 and 9 months of age
- Have Year 9 education with passes in English and mathematics
- Be medically and physically fit
- Pass an Australian Criminal Check
- Subject to random Drug and Alcohol testing
- Successfully complete a Free 3 week intensive training course provided bythe Federal Government’s Australian Apprenticeship ACCESS program
